Made in the UK
Hand coiled from small slabs of Dutch stoneware clay, thin layers of coloured slips are applied after the initial biscuit firing which is then repeated many times to enhance the depth of colour.
The work is low fired to around 1040. The finish is semi porous and is therefore not waterproof.
